Carers’ Support & Activity Group
The Carers’ Support & Activity Groups are monthly sessions available to carers to meet and connect with peers, participate in activities aimed to improve health & wellbeing, reduce social isolation and gain local information and knowledge to support you in your caring role. There are various free activities (requested by the group) scheduled throughout the year including:
- Craft Sessions
- Complementary Therapies
- Guided Walks
- Nail Painting
- Guest Speakers
- Exercise Sessions
We currently have one group that meet monthly:
Crossroads Care Rotherham, Unit H, The Point, Bradmarsh, S60 1BP – 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month – 2.00pm – 4.00pm

Carers’ Steering Group
We are looking for Carers’ to join our ‘Carers’ Steering Group’. The aim of the meetings are to influence, develop and shape future services for Carers through Crossroads Care Rotherham. The meetings are held quarterly at Crossroads Care Rotherham’s office. NB. Care provision can be provided where required to facilitate your attendance at the meeting.

Rotherham Carers’ Forum is an independent group which enables informal and family carers to have a voice in shaping services in Rotherham.
We aim to work as an equal partner which the local authority, health services, voluntary and community sector organisations, charities and groups, participate in and influencing local decision making on services for Carers and their families.
Rotherham Carers’ Forum meet on the first Wednesday of each month between 12pm and 2pm at:
