The Rotherham Carers Support and Activity Group offers carers a welcoming space to take time for themselves, connect with others and feel supported. Our group provides a balance of emotional support and enjoyable activities, giving carers the opportunity to relax, share experiences and build confidence alongside people who understand the realities of caring. There is no pressure to talk, and everyone is welcome to join in at their own pace. Facilitated by experienced and caring staff, the group aims to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and help carers feel valued and recognised. Whether you are looking for support, friendship, or simply a break from your caring role, this group is here for you. The Rotherham Carers Support and Activity Group is open to unpaid carers of all ages and backgrounds, offering understanding, encouragement and a sense of community.
